Pretend I'm one of your random commenters that says something awesome, and instert witty comment here. That witty comment was supposed to mean, I loved your movie in an "I'm funnier than you," way.
The premise was really great. But by the end I felt like there was just something missing. And I couldn't put my finger on it. I felt like I hadn't been completely fulfilled by the story.
I then watched the extended version and felt like the whole story was there. I definitely think the extended is much better. I especially like that it has Randy saying "Goodbye honey" at the end. That emphasizes the whole "For a Good Time" nature of it, rather than making it a Larry Craig sort of thing. Which just gives the next scene that much more force because of its ridiculousness.
I'm happy people like the extended version, because I like it as well. I think the ending is more dramatic. Either way, it's good to get feedback on it. Thanks Mike!
OK, if that is not the most random video! And for once in my life, I like the short version. I figure I spend too much time dragging things out anyway.
It's kind of sad that this has all devolved into which version is better. If we hadn't given them a choice, they wouldn't know any better! But I guess knowledge is power.
I don't mean to be a stalker but I think I saw Jeff at Jason's Deli in Orem on Thursday the 12th of March. Can anyone confirm this for me. I almost went and got his autograph but I didn't want to look stupid.
Nathan, You did see me at Jason's Deli. That's my favorite haunt in Orem. And you could have asked for my autograph but then again you could have probably have asked for the girl running the cashier and it might have been worth more. Especially if she has impeccable penmanship.
I have to say that I laughed...hard. It was also great to see so many people that I know in the film. I'll have to track down the "new extended version" to see that extra footage.

I think I would have actually liked to have seen the extended version on your blog. So, everyone else, go to youtube and watch the 6 min. version.
Here comes the honest feedback...

Yeah, me again. I ALSO prefer the extended version (I watched it per Tom's comment). Are you singing "Blackbird" in the guitar shop?
I guess I'm in the minority here, but I prefer the short version.
It may have something to do with the fact that the last visual is Jeff throwing a rock at you.
Either way, very funny. Well done!

i wonder if the advent of cellphones has increased the number of people that actually call 'good time' numbers found in bathrooms.
LOVE the extended version! However, that is SO not what happened to me when I called the number in my stall.
I kind of like the first video best. Where do you get this stuff, Random?
That was some good stuff!

Wow, now THOSE were some good times!

I clicked it and it says "this video is no longer available", but no matter. I'm with Bex on this one.

I once wrote my roomate's cell phone number on dollar bills saying for a good time call...
that was against the law, but in true Provo fashion, she got calls..lots and lots of calls.
You're killing me Smalls...
